Entertainment at McCoole's in Quakertown

McCoole's: Arts & Events Place

McCoole's is proud to announce the acquisition of the old "Main Street Theatre" located directly beside McCoole's at the Historic Red Lion Inn. This building dates back to the early 1800's when it was used as a livery stable for the inn.

McCoole's is in the process of renovating the rooms on the first floor so that we may have two events going on independently of each other or one larger event. Each room will have its own bar & fireplace. Seating in the first area will accommodate 40 people comfortably. The second room will be 60 plus and together an easy 100. Upstairs, the theatre is a black box theatre that seats 193.

It is available for training seminars, corporate meetings etc that can work in conjunction with buffet lunches or dinners downstairs. The theater can also be rented to theatre companies for stage productions, musical events or any other type of art venue. There will also be studio space directly behind the theatre area that can be rented for art classes, music, etc. More details to follow with pictures when construction is further along.
